I have big problem with getting LQI(link quality indicator), I can read RSSi values but the same libraries not support LQI or I think something in a wrong way:
I have worked on CC2530EMs and use halRf or basicRf libraries, there was a function which calls RSSi like that "halRfReceive(....);" but I cannot reach LQI.
I have researched on the internet but for CC253 I could not find good things, I have found some library like "hal.h" it just support CC2430.
I have tried "timac" applications and simpliciTI but I couldnt find specific functions, if there is a function to call LQI with halRf or basicRf functions for CC2530, it will be so good

It sounds like its a problem specific to the TI chipset. I'd recommend posting to the TI forums.
